GCoE Talk 27/06/16 | GPU accelerated Polymer Research

For the 27th of June 2016 we have invited the creators of the CUDA driven LeMonADE-project (“Lattice-based extensible Monte-Carlo Algorithm and Development Environment”) developed at the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research Dresden. They will share their insights on the work on GPU driven simulations of the Bond Fluctuation Model for simulating polymeric systems. We will discuss the performance of the current algorithm looking for possible improvements.
